A preview of our very first Christmas decor: a Christmas Stocking! It’s huge at 22 inches in length and currently hanging by our bedroom door. The stars and the candy cane are made of thin wood, and the rest are from an assortment of cloths.
Here’s close up of Santa.
It’s not much, but it is a big deal to us. It’s going to be our first real Christmas. We’ve been to Divisoria, Dapitan Arcade, and then again to S&R (which is where we got this) yesterday. We even have new tablecloths, table runners, and curtains! Ah, the joys of living a debt-free life and shopping with a Christmas fund set up!
We’ll pick up the tree later and start decorating.
This Christmas thing has me getting worked up. I’m getting more excited. Is that possible?
ganda. I already put up the xmas tree pero i feel there is still lacking to feel the xmas spirit. hehehe.
Malapit na talaga ang pasko.
Shucks. Hindi pa kame nagkakabit ng decors sa house.
Last weekend, I started sourcing out Christmas decors. I can’t find reasonable ones except those in Ikea which are too huge.

Jeanny: Coke plates? I don’t think I’ve heard of that. We’ve collected their glasses from McDo though. And we’re aiming for another set, but this time all six glasses in charcoal.

nice decoration… I am also planning to buy a Christmas tree and a sock as well. i hope that you will visit my site also.
i’m beginning to feel envious that i’ll make sure we put up our tree and decors this weekend. hehehe… we have to find time for Christmas! everyday should be Christmas, right?! =) …yung mga ganyang decors make me feel relax, slow-down a bit and unwind. thanks for inspiring.

We also saw some in Dapitan Arcade. Cheap too. But you have to really look kasi yung iba pangit yung quality. We bought two ceramics shaped like mittens for the table. Lalagyan ng candies. And some cake stands too.
We saw some christmasy Corelle plates at Gourdo’s in Greenbelt, beside Conti’s. Our friends who will host our annual Christmas party bought a dozen. Ganda rin. Sale sya at 150 per plate. White plate na may blue snowflake design sa side.
We’ll be in Makati again later today. I’ll seee what they have and update you tom.
