Pineridge Condominium

Posted by Rico on Jul-13-2009

Together with a few friends, we visited Baguio a couple of weeks ago. We left at around 3AM, drove thru NLEX and SCTEx, and arrived in Baguio in less than 5 hours. It was a good thing that it was an off peak season because we were allowed to check in as early as 8 AM at Pineridge Condominiums.

Ayala Property Management Corporation’s Pineridge condo is located in Brent Road, near Brent International School and the Divine Peace Convent (Pink Sisters Convent).

The unit we had was furnished, with three bedrooms, each with its own toilet and bathroom, a maid’s room with toilet and bath, and a fully equip kitchen, complete with glasses, plates, and cutlery. The unit could comfortably accomodate 15 people (our group consisted of 9 adults and 2 kids). And all this for just Php7000 a night. That makes it Php636.36 per person per night!

In addition to the spacious coutyard, which has a basketball court, a playground, and a gazebo

Pineridge condominiums also has an indoor game room.
